Morris Instrumentation Valves
Morris instrumentation valves give plant operators the leak-tight shutoff, isolation and venting every measurement point depends on — bar-stock needle, gauge and block & bleed valves, instrument manifolds, in-line checks and high-pressure ball valves, rated to 6,000 psig and hydrostatically tested before shipment.
Industrial professionals rely on small-bore valves to isolate, equalize and vent every gauge, transmitter and sampling point in the plant. The Morris line covers the complete hookup: needle valves for shutoff and throttling, gauge and block & bleed valves for safe instrument maintenance, 2-, 3- and 5-valve manifolds for pressure and DP transmitters, in-line check valves against reverse flow, and high-pressure ball valves for hydraulic duty.
Valves are machined from bar stock or forgings in 316 SST — with 304, carbon steel, Hastelloy and Monel options — packed in PTFE or Grafoil, and rated to 6,000 psig @ 100°F metal seated. Every valve is hydrostatically shell tested at 1.5× working pressure and nitrogen tested at 1,000 psi for seat and packing leakage before it ships. Material traceability is standard.
