Morris Tube Fittings
Morris double-ferrule tube fittings give fluid-system operators the reliability, easy installation and leak-tight performance needed to keep instrumentation, pneumatic, hydraulic and gas tubing systems operating safely — eliminating hazardous leaks that turn out costly to the installation.
Each Morris fitting is a four-piece, twin-ferrule design — nut, back ferrule, front ferrule and body — that becomes a five-piece, leak-free joint once the tubing is installed. The sequential action of the twin ferrules compensates for variations in tube wall thickness, hardness and dimensional tolerance — the variables that lead to failure in other fittings. No special tools are required, and fittings are reusable several times while withstanding heavy impulse and vibration in both vacuum and pressure systems.
The range covers tube-to-tube unions, elbows, tees and reducers, tube-to-female-NPT connectors, tube-to-male-NPT connectors and precision pipe fittings — all in stainless steel with internally silver-plated nut threads to prevent galling, and available in Monel, Hastelloy and Inconel, including NACE-standard options.
